Following the 3rd Organic Business Summit organized by the Participatory Market Chain Approach (PMCA) Project, The Cornershop, a long-time member of KOAN, expressed interest in joining the social media project. The newest branch, Cornershop Riverside, was chosen as the focal point of the campaign. To prepare the staff for their role in promoting organic products, two training sessions were conducted at Cornershop Diamond Plaza and Cornershop Riverside.
The training sessions focused on essential topics such as understanding what constitutes organic produce, handling organic and conventional products to prevent commingling, and effectively addressing customer inquiries about organic products. Additionally, several farmers participated in the campaign, sharing content with various groups to enhance outreach and engagement.
